"Come Grandma, let's go discover new streets" was a phrase repeated endlessly during my childhood, and it was followed by what for me were real adventures exploring physical distances that could be covered on foot, at the limit by bus.
On June 18, my grandmother passed away after a long period spent in bed, and I subsequently returned to the places in Livorno that were meaningful to the two of us, metaphorically taking her with me with the promise to continue this walk "beyond the boundary" of the body, as well as of the space already known.
