About Fernando Gomes

Fernando Gomes (b. 1993, São Paulo) is a Brazilian photographer living and working in Denver, Colorado. Since earning his degree from the School of Visual Arts (2015), Fernando has exhibited at Fou Gallery in New York (2018), Noordelicht Photofestival (The Netherlands, 2015), Miami-Project, and Photo-LA (2016). In 2014, his images taken in the virtual streets of Grand Theft Auto V were featured internationally, both, in print and online, resulting in a solo exhibition at Ateliê Alê Gallery in São Paulo, Brazil. Today, Fernando continues producing work that combines his roots in traditional street-photography with an eye for his interest in the daily human experience, and the invisible threads that connect us all.
