Sarah and Juliana

For the third year I have been mapping the life journeys and inner and outer transformation of Sarah and Juliana, two best friends from Prague. These two young women are going through a period of independence. Leaving the security of their homes, they set out to find independence and self-discovery by studying in Berlin. As they build their new identities as teenage women, they often encounter contradictions between what is expected of them and what they themselves truly desire. Their existing lives take on a new dimension full of questions - Who do they want to be? Where are their personal boundaries? What are their real dreams and aspirations?
